This an image of my niece Andrea Cecilia Ludueña, who has inherited the physical appeareance von Habsburg, and the way of smiling von Oldenburg. She is the daughter of my brother, Victor Andrès Ludueña. She appears here with her first child, Marcelo Petrillo, who has been fathered with her husband, Christian Petrillo.

This image of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, allows us comparision between my niece's image and this one, as well as my own images compared with this from the Queen. So it is noticeable, the physical similarities shown at first sight.

This is my niece in 3th. degree, Mariana Elizabeth Zùñiga, the daughter of my cousin in 2nd. degree, Patricia Gladys Ludueña. Her father, Federico Buenaventura Ludueña, is 1st. cousin of my father Manuel Antonio Ludueña, because they both are sons of two sisters.

Ivan the Terrible Descendants launch court case to get Kremlin back

An article by Andrew Osborn appeared at the Daily Telegraph Online Edition.

The Princess Foundation, an organization representing the descendants of Rurik, ninth century prince whose eponymous dynasty ruled until 1598, has argued that its ancestors built and lived in the 69-acre Kremlin complex and that it should now be returned to their ownership. "I want to remind the Russian authorities that the Kremlin belongs to the Ruriks", said Gran Prince Valerty Kubbarev, 47, a Moscow businessman who said his family traced its roots back to the Viking Chieftain.
Russia's tumultuous history and past owners include two royal dynasties-one of which was the Ruriks-the Bolsheviks and the modern Russia State.
The problem for the state is that no official ownership of the Kremlin has ever been registered. The Prince wants his foundation to be awarded managements rights over the sprawling complex, for the Head of the Russian Orthodox Church to be housed there, and for his foundation to be allowed to hold cultural, political and religious events inside its famous walls.
"The property was not purchased from us, was not lawfully taken away from us, and the federal authorities do not have any right to our property. The ruriks demand the return of our property, rent from the government for the illegal possession of our property, and financial compensation", he said.

This are only the first two paragraphs of this article, with some words from Grand Prince Valery Victorovich Kubarev, one of the members of the Imperial and Royal House of Kiev Rurikovich, who is following the case against the Moscow Arbitration Court, on behalf of H.I.R.H. Hugo Norberto Cabrera-Rurikovich-Kubarev, who's the Head of this Imperial and Royal House which is also mine one, after having being acknowledged by its ruler as Countes Clara Ludueña-von Oldenburg-Delmenhorst-und von Wildeshausen. In next days, I will upload the full text of this article.

This is my beloved cousin H.I.R.H. Hugo Norberto Cabrera-Rurikovich-Kubarev, one of the most tender persons I've ever met. The only thing I've got to complain about his way of being is: his lack of love for dogs. He doesn't love them!, and I really adore them!.
We are related in 22nd. generations from the Princess Violante of Hungary and Courtenay, and he confirmed me as Countess Clara Ludueña-von Oldenburg-Delmenhorst-und von Wildeshausen, and also as a member of his Royal and Imperial House of Russia. He's the Heir to the Russian throne, in the Rurikid Dynasty. Whatever you want to know about his decision of having named me as it is before explaned, no doubt in contact him in his page www.casarealrurikovich.com

This is one of the photos I've taken to upload in my cousin Hugo Cabrera-Rurikovich-Kubarev's page, but as he's waiting for the Heraldry paper, I'm still waiting for the uploading.

This ancestor starts my relationship with the Imperial House von Habsburg, from my 6th. paternal grandfather in an out of wedlock union, Archduke Ludwig von Habsburg-Lothringen with a French woman who worked at his service apparently as a maid, called Anne Porra, born about 1792-93, in Marigny-Sur-Yonne, France, and arrive to the Rìo de la Plata, on 1824, pregnant of my 5th. grandfather, Captain Cosme Porra, born about 1824, register in the National Census Record on 1895 aged 70, living as a landowner in Sumampa, Santiago del Estero Argentina, married with no details of his wife.

The line follows with his son Santiago Porra, married to Escolàstica de Porra, but his sister, Jerònima Porra who also follows the line, comes from an out of wedlock union, and married to Ciriaco Ludueña, a "blonde farm worker-day" as he is described in his marriage papers. They both are parents of Marìa Antonia Ludueña who marrries to Abdòn Ludueña, her uncle, and brother of her father, Ciriaco.
